Setting up your organization profile
Complete your company info so the right compliance modules unlock.
The product categories on your company profile decide which compliance modules your account can use. Food & Beverage brings FSVP. Children's Products brings CPSIA. Consumer Goods brings Prop 65 and PFAS, among others. See Which compliance modules apply to you? for the full list.
Inside Aleph, once you're signed in:
- Open the account menu and choose Company
- Use Setup Wizard to fill in your company details: registered name, country, address, and, if you have them, your importer of record number and customs broker
- On the Product Categories card, choose Manage and pick the categories you handle: Food & Beverage, Children's Products, Consumer Goods, or Cosmetics / Personal Care
- Save
The Compliance menu then lists the modules those categories bring.
INFO: You can change your categories later, and the modules follow them. Only a company owner or manager can edit the company profile.
