Which compliance modules apply to you?
FSVP, CPSIA, Prop 65, PFAS, MoCRA, REACH — which product categories bring which modules.
Aleph organizes compliance into modules, one per regulation. Which modules your account can use comes from the product categories on your company profile. Which ones apply to a single product comes from that product's type.
- FSVP (Foreign Supplier Verification Program) — FDA's rule for US food importers.
- CPSIA — CPSC certificates: a Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for a children's product, or a General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) for other consumer products that a CPSC rule covers.
- Prop 65 — California's warning law for listed chemicals.
- PFAS — state PFAS product laws, plus EPA's one-time federal PFAS reporting rule.
- MoCRA — FDA's cosmetics rules.
- REACH — the EU's disclosure duty for substances of very high concern, for products sold in the EU.

CPSC eFiling is not a separate module. It is a requirement to file certificate data with US Customs at entry. Aleph does not file with Customs for you; see Preparing for CPSC eFiling.
